Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms apply to all orders via www.byhands.store, operated by By Hands, Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All products are handmade in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Slight variations in colour, size or pattern are natural and do not constitute a defect.

All prices in Euros (€) including 21% Dutch VAT (BTW). Prices may change. Price at time of order applies.

An order is confirmed upon receipt of confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders, in which case a full refund is issued.

Payment via Wix Payments. Accepted: major credit/debit cards. Payment required before dispatch.

We ship to NL, EU and UK. Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays. Risk transfers upon

dispatch.

EU customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery (EU Consumer Rights Directive). Items must be unused and

in original packaging. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Refunds issued after inspection.

Legal warranty of conformity applies. We are not liable for misuse. Total liability limited to order value.
